ILLUSTRATOR MONTE M. Moore is publishing Cover Up! a new book collecting cover art that he has produced during his 25 years working in the comics, gaming and entertainment industries.
As purveyors of the art feature will note, the double entendre of the book’s title not only refers to the artwork’s published source but that Moore’s illustrations have often been of the pin-up art variety. [if !supportLineBreakNewLine] [endif]
With many of his previous art books featuring only black and white interiors this will be the first time certain covers will be shown in colour outside their original publication. It will also feature art commissioned but never published for one reason or another now featured for the first time.
Moore’s comic fans can look forward to seeing the work he has produced for American companies such as DC, Marvel , Zenescope , Harris and Image all within one book, the collection tracing his development as an artist along with insights into the creation of certain pieces.
