Sure Buddy tags along when Billy goes off to play with his school friend Pat, but the dog gets to have his own adventures or pass wry gentle observations on the activities of those humans who come into his daily life.
That the stories are collected from winter strips first published in Europe circa 2008 makes the collection a perfect christmas stocking filler, but why wait. Forty plus single gag pages of fun, mischief, and downright silliness to be shared with the family, as we did in our house after laughing out loud to the Stiff Neck strip on Page 35 when I promptly showed it to my daughter to chuckle to.
